How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included in the price of your monthly subscription!

Does my mail have a tracking number?
To keep the club affordable and true to the "snail mail" spirit, we use standard USPS Forever stamps, which do not include tracking.

What if my letter never arrives?
The post office is usually great, but things happen! If your letter hasn't arrived by the 28th of the month, just email us at dearlydevotedmail@gmail.com, and we’ll send a replacement right away. If you’re international, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for arrival before reaching out.

How do I manage my subscription?
You have full control over your membership! To make any changes, simply log in to your Dearly Devoted account. Once logged in, you can:

• Update your shipping address (Please do this by the 1st of the month, or send us an email and we’ll take care of it on our end!).

• Update your payment method or view past invoices.

• Cancel your membership at any time. We’ll save your seat for whenever you’re ready to come back.

How do I log in?

1. Visit dearlydevoted.com and click "Login" in the top right corner of the menu.

2. Enter the email address you used when you first joined the club.

3. If it’s your first time logging in, click "Forgot Password" to set up your unique credentials.

Can I pause my subscription?
Absolutely. If you’re going to be away from your mailbox, just email us by the 15th of the month and we can skip your next delivery for you.

How do I update my address?
Moving? Temporarily living in a charming cottage by the sea writing poetry? Finally running away to join the circus? No problem. You can update your shipping address anytime by logging into your Customer Account on our website. Please make changes by the 1st of the month to ensure your next letter finds you!

When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged automatically on the same day each month that you originally signed up.

What exactly comes in the mail?
Every month is a surprise! Here’s what you can expect:

1. An intentionally written monthly letter from Ky + Sarah, just for our Dearly Devoted members

2. A surprise paper treasure (foldable activity, bookmark, etc.)

3. An original art print

4. An original sticker to slap on your water bottle, planner, or wherever else your stickers live!

5. An occasional additional extra goodie (sticker, print, stamps, etc.)

Is the online community for members only?
Yes! Our digital lounge is a private space for our "Dearly Devoted" members to discuss the monthly themes, participate in exclusive challenges, enter giveaways, and interact with our intentional community.
